Our backbone is connected to Superlink's network via a T3 point-to-point connection. As a result we guarantee our line speeds and do not resort to confusing and often misleading terminology like “ speeds of up to.”

●        Local POP: Packets travel a much shorter distance to get to the Internet since we have a local presence. In the case that a POP is located in California, the packet first would go to CA, then to the Internet, then back to the POP in CA and finally back to you. Regardless of the bandwidth the extra looping will inevitably affect the speed in which you get content.

 ●        Multiple device support: SDSL is a business solution and can be connected to a network with up to 254 devices. The equipment you receive comes with 8 ports in case you have non-networked computers; you can plug up to eight devices in the back of the router. ADSL is intended for single computers or for the residential market. In addition, neither ADSL vendors nor cable companies assist with even the most basic configuration problems.

 ●        Top of the line equipment: Our POP hardware is all top of the line and more than $250,000 was invested in the NY Metropolitan Regional POP alone.

 ●        Additional IP addresses: We supply one static IP address or up to 6 usable IP addresses, depending on your needs, at no extra cost.

 ●        20 email accounts: Included with our subscription you will receive 20 free email accounts that can be distributed to your customers. Additional email addresses can be ordered at reasonable rates.

 ●        Complete Web Hosting: Innovative Network Solutions can also host your own website and in turn you can offer a platform for your customers to have an electronic brochure.
