PLANS
Through proper maintenance,
updates and administration of your system, Preventative Care Plans
anticipate and resolve problems before they have a chance to happen.
These plans cover routine servicing and updates of all hardware &
software to ensure your system operates at peak performance, minimal downtime
and keeps you fully prepared in the event of a system failure. All our
agreements include the following, and are then tailored for your particular
requirements:
 | Network engineer dispatched to your facility at
specified intervals |
 | Server patches and fixes, operating system updates,
virus updates, backup maintenance, efficiency tuning |
 | Workstation patches and fixes, virus updates,
operating system updates, efficiency tuning |
 | Perform application recommendations, installation,
training, & troubleshooting. |
 | Provide highest system performance & reliability
for entire network. |
 | Perform duties related to network administration,
security, maintenance, & day-to-day operations |
 | Free travel for all preventative care scheduled
visits. |
The Platinum Agreement entitles you to all of the benefits of an MIS
department, at a fraction of the cost:
 | Unlimited free phone support for maintenance &
non-maintenance calls. |
 | 24 hour access to our technical staff. |
 | Weekly on-site visits from one of our Network
Engineers to administer your system. |
The Gold Agreement is tailored for highly productive networks with up to
50 workstations and as an alternative to hiring an employee for the intended
purpose of administering and supporting your network. This agreement offers the following:
 | Unlimited free phone support for maintenance &
non-maintenance calls. |
 | 24 hour access to our technical staff. |
 | Two days, per month, on-site visits from one of our
Network Engineers to administer your system. |
The Silver Agreement
is tailored for moderately sized systems with 10 or more workstations and
entitles you to the following services:
 | Unlimited
free telephone support for maintenance support calls. |
 | Two free hours of telephone support per month for
general questions & consultation not related to maintenance services. |
 | One day per month, on-site visits from one of our
Network Engineers, to perform preventative care of your system |
The Bronze Agreement is tailored for networks with 10 or less
workstations and entitles you to the following services:
 | Unlimited free telephone support for maintenance
support calls. |
 | One free hour of telephone support per month, for
general questions & consultation, not related to maintenance services. |
 | One day every other month, on-site visits from one of
our Network Engineers, to perform preventative care of your system |
The Copper Agreement is designed for stand-alone systems where there is
no network involved. This agreement
is similar to the Bronze Agreement, but includes on-site visits from one of our
Network Engineers, to perform preventative care of your system one day every
three months.
